He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Edward and Roberta Hale English. He is survived by: his wife Carole D. English; his children, Michele Ryan and Jason M. English; the mother of his children Sue English; and his stepson Philip S. Gentry. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
