He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Phillips; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Ty Reagan; his grandsons, Jacob Austin Reagan and Trenton Gage Reagan; his brother Larry; his sister-in-law Carol Phillips; and his sisters, Shirley Hays, Donnie (Basil Owen), Mary Jennings and Sheila (Jim Ogle).
