With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Viola M. Green of Ellijay, Georgia, who passed away on December 12, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Viola departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Viola. Though Viola may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Haley and Lillie Haley; and her daughter Chris Benson. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Brumby (Mike) of Ellijay, GA, Tommy Green of Murrayville, GA, David Green (Katrina) of Cumming, GA and Ricky Green (Brenda) of Old Fort, TN. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
