As William departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy William leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cropp Granberry, II and Lottie Roberts Granberry; and his sons, William Grady Werderman and Christopher Lee Werderman. He is survived by: his children, Ricky McKinzie, Eddie McKinzie, June Grizzle and Dorothy Hendricks. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in memory of Mr. Granberry.
