She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Moore and Bessie Rowell Moore; her husband Tommy Dale Gibbs; and her siblings, Brenda Gail Moore and Rusty Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Gibbs (Jason MacDonald), Candy Lokey (Mark Metts) and Carrie Conway (David); her grandchildren, Tyler Snow (Zach Howard), Gage Lokey (Sarah), Camrie Stokesberry (Jacob Tucker), Garrett Lokey, Jennie Lynn Woodruff (Ben) and Jamie Anne Duran (Kyle); and her siblings, Dianne Snow, Sue Baker (Ricky) and Dicky Moore.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home For Funerals (420 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
