He is survived by : his wife Mary "Kathy" Jabaley; his children, Cynthia J. Caddell (Gary), Richard G. Jabaley, Patricia J. Partin (Jeff) and Suzanne Jabaley; his siblings, Anthony Jabaley (Diane), Judy Ward (Bud), Joseph Jabaley and Lynnda Jabaley; his sister-in-law Kay Jabaley; his grandchildren, Mark Caddell (Madeline), Katherine Smith (Jacob), Lucy Jabaley, Annemarie Jabaley, Jeffrey Partin (Kelly), Gabriel Partin, Madeline Partin and Joseph Partin; and his great grandchild Afton Partin.
