She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eddie Odom Sr. and Lillie Gillis Odom; her stepmother Mary Thompson Odom; her children, Jan Brown Crain and Phillip Dale Hutcheson; her daughter-in-law Catherine "Cathy" Hutcheson; and her siblings, Eloise Pronko, James E. "J. E." Odom Jr., Ward Odom, Dwight Odom, Lillie Odom Powell and Felix Odom.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph "Joey" Hutcheson of Evans, GA and Cassidy Coffari (Enrico); her sister Gail Willis (Freddie) of Soperton, GA; her grandchildren, Cameron A. Brown (Kathleen) of Augusta, GA and Alison Brown (Greg Harding) of Decatur, GA; her great grandchildren, Buddy Brown (Rose) of Brevard, NC, Harriett Brown (Braden Charles) of Dallas, TX, Goodman Lamar Harding of Decatur, GA and Julia Frances Harding of Decatur, GA; and her great great grandchildren, Charlie Brown, Waylon Brown and Hank Brown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
