She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Walden and Lucille Walden; her husband Larry Lavorn Frazier; her son Erich Frazier; and her brother Benny Walden.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Frazier (Nikki) and Marcia Jiminez (William); her daughter-in-law Tammy Frazier; her grandchildren, Shawn Frazier, Madison Harrell, Allison Frazier, Lauren Frazier, Will Cruise, Reed Cruise and Dustin Nunley; and her brother Troy Walden (Juanita). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Alzheimer's Association in Carolyn's honor.
