She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lowe and Mattie Lowe; her husband Joe Louis Dent; and her brother Johnnie Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Nagasawa (Craig) of Waialua, HI, Sharon Dent of Evans, Joe Dent (Tiffany) of Queen Creek, AZ and Shannon Dent of Dacula; her brother James Lowe of Evans; and her grandchildren, Isaac, Zoe Dent, Jeffrey Nagasawa, Jaymie Nishimura and Jonelle Fukumitsu. She is also survived by step grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Platt's Funeral Home - Evans (337 N Belair Rd, Evans, GA 30809). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Olive Baptist Church (4973 Washington Rd, Evans, GA 30809). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at the same location.
