He was predeceased by: his son Ryan Alexander Price; and his parents, W. D. Price and Nellie Jackson Price. He is survived by: his wife Diane Cato Price; his children, Charles Preston Price, Jr. (Keri), Stuart Preston Price (Erin) and Whitney Price Hoehn (Hal); and his grandchildren, Stuart Preston Price, Jr., William Grey Hoehn, Grace Elizabeth Price, Jackson Edward Boone Hoehn, Courtney Brooke DeLoach (Danny) and Taylor Madison Price.
