He is survived by: his wife Terri Ann Bunch Teasley; his children, Jason Moak, Jeff Moak, Christina Murphy (Sean) and Traci Ferguson (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Audrey, Finley, Sayde, Trenton, Alex, Jackson, Caleb, Abigail, Madelyn, Hunter, John Logan and Brenden. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial made be made to any local Humane Society Rescue or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
