Christopher Knox Figgins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher Knox Figgins of Evans, Georgia, who passed away on September 12, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Knox Figgins and Velma Figgins; and his siblings, Robert Figgins, Hazel Manley, John Figgins and Helen Meek.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Atkins Figgins; his children, Trevor Figgins (Traci), Corey Figgins (Emily) and Kevin Figgins (Tara); his grandchildren, McKenzie Flores (Ur), Ashtyn Dodd (Andrew), Jada Figgins, Brayden Figgins, Elliana Figgins, Jackson Figgins, Malachi Figgins, Jacob Figgins and Ivy Figgins; and his sister Debbie Mitchell. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors (214 Davis Rd, Augusta, GA 30907). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
