He was predeceased by: his mother Mary B. Barrow. He is survived by: his father Rufus C. Barrow; his wife Marie S. Barrow; his son Shannon Kent Barrow; his sister Dereta Drew of Blackshear; his nephew Michael Foy of Virginia; and his niece Angela A. Brown of Collins.
