He is survived by: his wife Andrea Joan Schwalm; his children, Donna Lynn Smith, Darlene Ruth Smith Golden (Shannon), David Andrew Ringbom Smith (Susan), Adam Michael Smith (Heather) and Aaron Christopher Smith (Craig); his grandchildren, Joshua David, Rebekah, Hannah, Zachary, Alexandria, Ashley, Tyler, Nicholas, Emily, Abigail, Ivy, Conrad, Sophia, Brandon, Justin, Ryan, Erica, Adam Wolfgang, Adrien and Liam; his great grandchildren, Yanni, Ysabella, Stella, Jaxon Matthew David, Logan, Raiz, Nora, Edward, Mason, Avery and Topaz; his siblings, Stephen Smith (Stella), Margaret Schur (Ralph) and Kris Wolski (Jon); and his pet Dolly. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Tunnels to Towers, American Red Cross, Shepeard Community Blood Center, and the ASPCA.
