She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Sammie Thomas (Christian), Nikki Vizzari (Matt Hendrix), Alfred Vizzari (Kenzi), Brittany Jacobs (Cory), Courtney Costello and Summer Costello; her brother James Vanek (Lisa Lubrano); and her grandchildren, Kenzi Thomas (Landon McCoy), Kota Thomas, Gracie Vizzari, Matthew Hendrix, Haisley Hendrix, Olivia Vizzari, Maddox Vizzari, Kensley Jacobs, Bentley Jacobs and Kolson Costello.
