He was predeceased by: his parents, Kate Finley and Claude Finley; and his brother-in-law Bob Wisnieski. He is survived by: his wife Paula Wade Finley; his siblings, Johnny Vernon Finley, Sr. (Judy) and Connie Finley Wisnieski; his siblings' children, Tracy Angela Bradford (Craig), Ronda Finley Najjar (David), Summer Bell (Tim) and John Vernon Finley Jr. (Darby); his parents-in-law, Betty W. Branan and John S. Wade, MD; and his friends, Tinsley, Jane and Jordan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Children's Hospital of Georgia, as Donald loved to brighten the lives of children with special gifts.
