He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph West and Josephine West; and his brothers, Richard West (Helen) and James West. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Blommer; his children, Mark West of Beverly, RIP, Sharon Fausnight (Joseph), Karen Workman (Eric), Cynthia Sigler (Neil), Joseph West (Michelle), Laura Smelley of Ronald, RIP and Donald West (Juliet); and his brother Terrance West (Diane). He is also survived by seven children, thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Platt's Funeral Home Chapel (337 N Belair Rd, Evans, GA 30809).
