She is survived by : her daughters, Karen Dye, Susan Whitehurst (Martin) and Beth Holt (James); her grandsons, Shane Logan, Christopher Holt and Zachary Whitehurst; and her caregiver Lynn Maxwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
