Carter; his daughter Brittany Taylor; his mother Ethel Carter; his sisters, Cheryl C. Brame (Ray), Julia Austin (Robert), Barbara Bruce (Perry), Tahirah Shareef (Talib) and Antonia Durrette (Earl); and his pet Kyiv. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
