He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sr. Chapman and Nell Chapman of Sarasota, Fla.; and his brother Jeffery Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Melinda; his children, Amanda Howard (Parish), Eric Chapman (Mary) and Wanda Nicole Reed (James); his sisters, Pamela Hugo and Jerry Lynn Coughlin; and his grandchildren, Hayden, Lexie, Clementine, Mikayla, Evangeline, Wyatt, Leon and Sonny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Georgia Cancer Center in Augusta, Ga.
