It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herman Wheatley (Evans, Georgia), who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his daughters, Susan D. Wheatley, Alice W. Padgett (Wade) and Ginger W. Johnston (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew, Jordan, Sarah, Emma and Hadley; his great grandchildren, Parker, Harrison and Claire; and his siblings, Douglas Wheatley, Shirley W. Butler and Mary Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
