We are sad to announce that, on March 17, 2026, at the age of 79, James Andrew Heaney III (Evans, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Heaney and Ann Heaney; and his sister Claudia Heaney Montalvo. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Heaney Lever (Tony); his wife Maggie; his grandchildren, Harrison and Madelyn; his son James A. Heaney, IV (Jay); his daughter-in-law May; his grandsons, Caleb and Cullen; and his sister Laura Heaney Jordan. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
