It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Wayne Adams of Evans, Georgia, born in Bowdon, Georgia, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Adams and Sallie Adams; and his daughter Tracy Crosby. He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell; his daughters, Trudy Hopkins, Terri Adams Crosby (Rick) and Sallie Godfrey; and his grandson Brian Hopkins. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
