We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2024, at the age of 80, Joel Jackson LaMothe (Evans, Georgia), born in Lambertville, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph LaMothe and Georgia LaMothe. He is survived by: his wife Brandie Harris LaMothe; and his children, Dawn Sala, Hope LaMothe, Joelle Pinto, Joel Jackson LaMothe Jr., Tammi Diaz, Korey Bryson and Jacob LaMothe. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

“I was friends with Joel when I was 12 years old. With both liked to dance and we won some jitter bug contest at the local dance/skating rink. That was a fun summer and one of Joel's good friends Shavy Shurts from Lambertville was asking about him. So I just thought I'd try to find out where he was. And I'm so sorry that I see he passed away, but I'm also so happy to see all the children and grandchildren he had. How wonderful. I actually met his wife and new baby girl. May God bless them all.
