She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Freda Siptroth Joyce and Thomas Richard Joyce; her husband Dr. Daniel Wallace Rahn; her children, Jason D. Rahn (Marlie) of Seneca, SC, Rebecca R. Vahrenwald (Scott) of Evans, GA and Zachary T. Rahn of Denver, CO; and her grandchildren, Taylor Rose Rahn, Evelyn Grace Vahrenwald and Lydia Joy Vahrenwald.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors (214 Davis Rd, Augusta, GA 30907). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Warren Baptist Church (3203 Washington Rd, Augusta, GA 30907).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, Golden Harvest Food Bank, or the Counseling Ministry of Warren Baptist Church.
