He is survived by: his wife Lois Hayes Rogers of Martinez; his sister Barbara Daniels of Ozark, AL; his daughter Michelle Smith of Ozark, AL; his grandsons, Matthew Mauldin of Florida and Jayden Smith of Ozark, AL.; and his brothers-in-law, Johnny Hayes and Don Smith of Harlem, GA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
