She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Ava Dunlap Smith; her husbands, Robert Allen Legg and William J. Howe; her siblings, Carson, Ray, Marge, Bonnie, June, Susie and Maxine; her son David Keith Legg; and her great grandchild Addie Edwards.
She is survived by: her sons, Bret Allen Legg (Libby Legg) and Todd Edward Legg (Debbie Latour); her grandchildren, Joshua Legg, Amy Martin and Casey Edwards; and her great grandchildren, Tinslee Moye, Sara Martin and Greyson Edwards.
