She was predeceased by: her parents, H. D. Usry and Laurie Usry; her husband Fred Anguilla; and her siblings, Horace Usry and Wren Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki LaRoche (Stu), Cindi Bone (Tom) and Chuck Williams (Heather); her grandchildren, Lindsey LaRoche, Austin LaRoche (Anna), Tyler LaRoche, Brad Bone (Sarah) and Audrey Bocci (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Xavier and Tyson; and her stepchildren, Cathy Anguilla-Shillock (Tom) and Chris Anguilla (Lynda).
