He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Duncan (John) and Travis Saalfrank (Erin); his grandchildren, Trenton Smith-Hay (Miranda), Carter Hay, Reilly Hay, Phoenix Duncan, Tyler Saalfrank and Emma Saalfrank; his great grandchildren, Spencer Smith-Hay and Levi Smith-Hay; and his sister Peg Armey.
