He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hickman and Rebekah Hickman; and his son Justin Marshall Hickman. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hickman; his children, Jennifer Walden (Mark), Rebekah Gay (Freeman) and Benjamin Hickman (Shannon); his grandchildren, Wren, Raleigh Walden, Lynora Gay, Ryan, Dawn and Caroline Hickman; his stepgrandson Ronald Bogdon; and his siblings, Dr. Lucinda Elliott and Samuel Hickman.
In lieu of flowers, the Hickman family kindly requests donations in Roy's honor be made to St. Andrew Presbyterian Church.
