He was predeceased by : his mother Hazel Smith; and his siblings, Marie Oakes, Wayne Smith, Jack Smith, Tommy Smith and Nancy Repass.
He is survived by : his spouse Macy June Smith (Jones); his father Garnet Smith; his daughters, Kathleen Copeland (Steve) and Deborah Harvey (Michael); his brother Ronald Smith; his grandchildren, Keith Copeland (Jessica), Calista Harvey, Brittany Goodman (Ben) and Rebecca Carpenter (Travis); his great grandchildren, Ashli Copeland, Madison Gambrell, Jacob Martin, Macy Gambrell, Camden Goodman, Hudson Goodman, Maddox Carpenter and Eden Carpenter; and also, Art and Carole Robb. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
