He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Haakinson and Virginia Haakinson; his father-in-law Franklin Hill; his brother David Haakinson; his nephew Todd Jackson; and his brother-in-law Dennis Clem.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Haakinson; his children, Brandee Davidson (Michael), Tyson Haakinson and Jason Haakinson (Blaire); his grandchildren, Rylee, Harper, Peyton, Kinsley, Fletcher and Jase; his siblings, Tom Haakinson (Lynne) and Susie Clem; his brother-in-law Terry Hill; his mother-in-law Barbra Hill; and his nephew Kyle Haakinson (Jill). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
