She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Bowman and Reaver Goldsmith Bowman; her daughters, Stephanie Bowman, Yolanda Riggins, Felicia Bowman and Raquel "Kelly" Bowman; her granddaughter Raquel Ebony Daniels; and her siblings, Claudia, Laura, Vincent, Larry, Eric, Anthony and Carla.
She is survived by: her children, Roslyn Riggins-Howard, Darren Bowman (Glori), Vincent Bowman (Ramona), Andre Bowman, Germaine Bowman and Chris Bowman; and her siblings, Thelma, Phyllis, Charlene, Jesse and Matthew. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Platt's Funeral Home (337 N Belair Rd, Evans, GA 30809). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
