He is survived by: his wife Raj Kumari Sharma (Seema); his son Dr. Rakesh Sharma; his daughter-in-law Eunice Sharma; his daughter Aparajita "Jita" Ellis; his son-in-law Jackson Ellis; his grandchildren, Nitai Sharma, Nimai Sharma, Priya Sharma, Dr. Devi Walters and Alexis Flowers; his grandson-in-law Jack Flowers; his great grandchildren, Deacon Walters, Ramsey Walters, Parker Walters, Madison Flowers and Mason Flowers; his brother Dr. Vidyadhar Sharma; Dr. Ryan Walters. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
