He is survived by : his wife Elena Raynor of Fairburn, GA; his daughter Alisha Raynor of Lithonia, GA; his brothers, Wayne Washington, Wade Washington, Rodney Washington and Randy Burgess; his aunt Virginia Outerbridge; his mother-in-law Patricia Wade; his siblings-in-law, Sonja Miller and David Miller; his goddaughter Tracey Rayner; his cousins, Eunice Wilson, Onslow Burgess, Gina Outerbridge, Lisa Hunt, Keith Outerbridge and Raymond "Bootsie" Outerbridge; his niece Dyann Simons; his nephews, Dwayne Smith and Rodtre Brown; his great-niece Tiana Smith; his aunt Eunice Harrison; and his close friend Larry Stevens.
