Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Betty Frances Ballard of Fairburn, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 85, on April 14, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Kenneth and Mary Ruth Jenkins Haggard; her husband Wayne Boyd Ballard; her daughter Kim West; and her siblings, Donald Haggard, Mary Smith, Martha Grimes and Garland Haggard.

She is survived by : her daughter Janice O'Neal (Mike); her sisters, Rebecca Phillips, Julie West and Kathy Pickens; her son-in-law Phillip West; and her sister-in-law Katherine Gilley. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home - Trenton (11910 S Main St, Trenton, GA 30752). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at the Payne Gap Cemetery.
