She was predeceased by : her parents, Strother Francis and Dixie Mayhorn Francis. She is survived by : her husband Ernie Moore; her daughter Kim Smith (Bob); her son-in-law Blade Goodwin; her grandchildren, Erika White (Chad), Ethan McKibben (Alex), Gracie Goodwin and Levi Goodwin; and her great grandchildren, Silas White and Grayson McKibben.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parrott Funeral Home & Crematory (8355 Senoia Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
