He is survived by: his father James Mayfield; his stepmother Marianne; his sisters, Brandy Mayfield and Kayla Mayfield; his siblings' children, Noah Mayfield, Jackson Mayfield, Jesse Mayfield, Peyton Mayfield and Kyler Mayfield; his aunt Marsha Boyd; and his uncles, Chipper Boyd and Eddie Boyd. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
