He is survived by : his father Charles Larry Atkins; his children, Charles David Atkins and Devon Millen; his grandchildren, Carter Millen and Cailyn Salter; his brother Ricky Atkins; his nephew Caleb Atkins; and his former life partner Delaina Gresham.
