He is survived by : his mother Judy Morgan Hilley; his siblings, Dan Hilley of Griffin, David Hilley of Newnan, Matthew Hilley of Locust Grove and Amanda Hilley of Stockbridge, Georgia.; and his significant other Monique T. Thurman.
