She is survived by: her children, Steven and Carrie Scruggs (James); her siblings, Hector, Yolanda Garces, Minnie and Sylvia Cruz (Ronnie); her granddaughters, Tannah Overall (Jonathan), Jennah Vogel (Paul) and Alyssa Scruggs; and her great grandchild Shea Vogel.
