He is survived by: his wife Winifred Banks; his children, Dawn Lee Endres, Howard Douglas Banks III and Drew Gliem Banks; and his stepchildren, Randall William Bryant, Patricia Lynn Whitacre and Katherine Ann Bryant. He is also survived by several grand children and great grand children.
