He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Joanne Winston; his daughters, Lora Ann Ballard Johnson (Ron) and Kiley Winston Morgan (Don); his grandsons, Gerald Keith Ballard, Jr. (Lindsay), Christopher Jordan Ballard (Jordan), Winston Bryce Ballard (Leah), James Bridger Morgan and Miles Woodburn Morgan; his great grandchildren, Ryder Ballard, Jaxson Ballard, Skylar Ballard, Jack Ballard and Baker Ballard; and his siblings, Anne Dvorak (Todd), Mary Boerner, John Winston and Mark Winston (Nancy).
