She was predeceased by: her father Jeff Fulks; her stepmother Edie Fulks; and her mother Helen Goetze. She is survived by: her husband Al Clay; her daughters, Alicia Reeves (Chris) and Rebecca Dunlap (Robby); her grandchildren, Greer, Harper Reeves and Phoenix Dunlap; her siblings, Judy Miller (Steve) and Ken Broman-Fulks (Suzette); and her stepfather Arthur Goetze.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
