He was predeceased by: his parents, George Partington and Catherine Partington; his wife Janet Hobbs Partington; his daughter Laura Partington Lockridge; and his siblings, George Clark Partington, Jr., Rena Macarty, Catherine Baker and Rose Mytych.
He is survived by: his son Dan Lockridge; his parents-in-law, Sandy Springs, Catherine E. Massey (Steven) of Douglasville, John D. Partington (Cheryl) of Roswell, David W. Partington (Margie) of Fayetteville and George J. Partington (Leigh) of Stone Mountain; his grandchildren, Jean, Charles, Bradford (Kaela), Shane (Shannon), Michael (Jennifer), Benjamin (Katherine), Megan, Miranda (Brandon), Josh (Lauren), Matt (Brittney), Eleanor and Audrey; his great grandchildren, Logan, Drew, Addie and Grayson; and his siblings, Anna Ravert (David) and Tom Partington (Linda).
The family is accepting flowers or donations may be made to St Phillip Benezi Catholic Church, Tranquility Hospice, or Tunnels to Towers.
