He is survived by: his wife Vickie Carthan; his mother Mary Cook; his sisters, Diane Cook, Angela Cook Frazier (Nolan), Lillie Chance and Valerie Cook; his sister-in-law Valeria Cook; his brothers, Tony Cook (Krystal) and Anthony Cook; and his children, Lamardo Cook, Natasha Brown (Renard), Desmond Cook and Damon Cook (Tiffany). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
