He was predeceased by : his wife Annie Blakely; his parents, Johnny Blakely and Maude Blakely; and his brother James "Bay" Blakely. He is survived by : his children, Jonathan Blakely, Chandra Blakely and Derick Myrick; his nephews, Kevin, Nicky and Keith Blakely; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Latieeka Corbin and Saniyyah Rahman. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law.
