She is survived by: her children, James Gilbert Thompson (Sharon), Jeff Thompson, Debbie Thompson, Sue Ballard (Doug) and Marie Pepin (Lance); her grandchildren, Olivia Johnston (Dan), Henry Jacob Thompson, Cole Thompson (Kayla), Callie Hannah (Jeff), Savannah Ballard, Linda Ballard, Noah Ballard (Arrie), Joe Ballard (Sarah), Ethan Pepin (Carly) and Sydney Bethune (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Everly, Aidan, Denver, Judah, Amelia, Tatum, Laurel June, James, Jackson, Peyton, Hunter, Charlotte, Josiah Ray and Nora.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parrott Funeral Home & Crematory (8355 Senoia Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Providence Baptist Church (6402 Campbellton Redwine Rd, Chattahoochee Hills, GA 30268).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Providence Baptist Church Building Fund, 6402 Campbellton Redwine Rd, Palmetto, GA 30268.
