He was predeceased by: his mother Lynelle Melear Thames. He is survived by: his daughters, Christy Herzig (Austin) and Julie Thames (Ryan Edelen); his grandsons, Hudson and Connor Herzig; his father Douglas Thames; and his sister Stephanie Thames.
