She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Buddy" Gilbert and Dorothy "Dot" Gilbert; her grandparents, Robert and Myrtle Turner; and her mother-in-law Jacqueline S. Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Greg P. Smith; her children, Brandon Cleveland, Jordyn Gilbert (Kam) and Sydni Smith; her father-in-law Ben P. Smith; her sister-in-law Cindy Owens (Craig); and her grandchildren, Leilani Rose "Bug", Kyndall Jadé "KPop", Kodie Blaze "Koko" and Laiken Nash "Laiky". She is also survived by three nieces, one nephew.
